Trust is essential in a relationship.  Without trust things can easily fall apart.  Suspicion takes over and things get rocky fast.  When you are in a relationship with a woman who is having issues with trust, you have to make sure that you do what you can to assure her that she can trust you.

Why Women Have Trust Issues

Chances are that she is having trouble trusting you because of something that happened to her in a past relationship.  Maybe you are doing things that you are unaware of that are making her feel uneasy.

She may have trouble trusting you because she may not understand you.  Things you say may not seem straightforward to her.  You may confuse her and make her question what you really mean.

What to Do

You have to build up her trust in you.  You have to start doing things that will make her see she can trust you.  If you want to make promises to her then follow through on them.  This is a biggie.  If you make promises that you don’t keep then she probably will never trust you.

Let her know that you are there for her in every way and then be there for her.  Don’t leave her feeling alone.  Your job is to make her feel secure and safe.  She will trust in you when she can believe in you.

It can be a long road to getting a woman to fully trust you.  If you really love her and want a long lasting relationship, though, then you have to build that trust and get her to really have faith in you.
